A recent study was conducted on 12 disagnosed Trigeminal Neuralgia patients, testing the effect of acupuncture on TN. Eleven out of the 12 patients experienced significant relief of their symptoms and improvement of test scores, making acupuncture a safe and effective alternative to more invasive procedures, such as surgery.
